Phenix Construction Company Inc. is a full service general contracting company. This simply means that we can fulfill any remodeling or building needs. But there is a difference most contractors and Phenix Construction Company Inc. WE DO THE WORK!

Nothing is sent to a subcontractor unless it is a request by our client, imperative based on Minnesota law, or time constraints warrant more hands on deck. What this means for you is that you will be dealing directly with Phenix Construction Company Inc. employees. We work for you. The only outside contractors that will come in are contractors that we have been working with for years including Janeke Plumbing, Avery Electric, P. T. Mechanical, Ecoscapes Sustainable Landscaping, and the best products including cabinets, doors, windows and lumbar from Ben Langton at UBC, United Building Centers.
